THE EXPEDITION
The expedition
A ski traverse through polar-bear country in the high Arctic, two guides and a small screened group.
Svalbard sits far enough north that the rules change. A ski traverse through genuine polar-bear country, with the light, the silence, and the weather windows that define high-Arctic travel.
Seventeen days of guided crossing, watched over closely, with a group kept deliberately small. It is the most approachable of the polar lines we run, and still a serious undertaking that earns every kilometre.
